Thirty years of growing companies for other people taught me one thing clearly: the skills, the network, and the work ethic were always mine. It was time to build something with them that was mine too — and to share it with people curious enough to ask what else is possible.

Edd Pratt, Founder WealthStream Coaching
Be Curious. Nothing new happens until we commit to learning something new. Every income stream, every referral, every opportunity begins with a question.

Thirty years of building other people's businesses. This one is mine.

I have spent three decades in the trenches of American business — as a COO, EVP, VP of Sales, and director of business development at companies ranging from pre-revenue startups to publicly traded corporations. I have hired and trained sales teams from scratch, restructured operations, negotiated distribution agreements, managed P&L, and chased growth targets that most people would have called unrealistic.

I got very good at it. At Kush Bottles, I restructured the entire sales organization and helped take revenue from $8 million to $52 million in two years. At Strike R&D Tax Advisory, I built the business development function and drove revenue from $400,000 toward $3 million in a single year. At Wizard International, I took over operations during an industry-wide downturn and grew revenue 12% in year one while cutting costs and rebuilding a demoralized team.

Every one of those wins was real. And every one of them came from the same place: staying curious about how things actually work, asking why the current approach isn't good enough, and being willing to learn what I didn't yet know.

WealthStream Coaching exists because I reached a point where I wanted to apply that same curiosity toward something I own — and toward helping others build income streams they own too.

"Every income stream I have ever built started with the same question: what would happen if I tried something I've never done before?"
— Edd Pratt, Founder
?
Every industry I entered — software, devices, manufacturing, cannabis, medical technology, tax advisory, revenue recovery — I entered as a curious outsider. That curiosity was never a liability. It was the whole point. The willingness to ask questions other people assumed were already answered is what created the openings. That philosophy is baked into how WealthStream Coaching works, and it is the first thing I look for in a referral partner.

A track record built on results, not titles

The headline number: At Kush Bottles (OTC: KSHB), a publicly traded cannabis packaging company, Edd restructured the sales organization, recruited and trained 11 territory sales managers in four months, and helped drive revenue from $8M to $52M in two fiscal years — exceeding Wall Street analyst expectations. Each new market required learning a new regulatory landscape, a new customer base, and a new operational model. He did it by being curious first and confident second.

Be Curious. It is the beginning of every income stream that ever worked.

01
Curiosity before confidence
Every industry Edd entered, he entered as a learner first. The willingness to ask questions other people assumed were already answered is what created the openings — in his career and in every business he helped grow.
02
Nothing new without something learned
WealthStream Coaching is built on a simple premise: new income requires new thinking. Partners who succeed are not the ones with the biggest networks — they are the ones most willing to learn how the programs work and apply that knowledge consistently.
03
The question is the opportunity
Every referral starts with a question: "Have you ever looked at what your organization might be leaving on the table?" That question — asked with genuine curiosity and no pressure — is the only sales skill a WealthStream partner needs.

This program is built for people who are serious about building real income — not for people looking for something easy.

I have been in sales and business development long enough to know the difference between someone who wants an opportunity and someone who wants to do something with it. WealthStream Coaching is built for the second type — and specifically for people who are curious enough to ask what they don't yet know about building income from their existing network.

Every service in our portfolio is results-based — clients pay nothing until measurable value is delivered. That means your referral is a low-friction conversation from the start. You are not selling anything. You are making an introduction to a solution that costs your contact nothing to explore.

When that client engages, you earn 50% of commissions generated — and you keep earning as long as they remain active. That is a residual income stream built on one curious conversation.

If you have the network and the discipline to ask the right questions, I have the infrastructure to turn those questions into income. The only thing required is curiosity and the willingness to act on it.
